Tuxford can you please consider making eccm more of a viable fitting solution besides "wasted/used up slot" my suggestion is srap the remote booster eccm or make them viable for logistics/spec ships.. and combine the regular eccm item with ability to remote boost or passive mode self
That way they would be greatly used as ecm is in battlesà it is only fair balance as ecm saves you and your teamà but eccm atm only helps your own ship and in fact only helps with a chance % which is not even close to ecm, making eccm also remote at the same time would make it quite the viable item, and just keeping the stacking penalties for remote boosting and it will be a far more useful item
I would have liked to see the minmatar bonus or all carrier bonuses redone, an hp boost (as many other threads have suggested it) as well as increasing carrier sensor strength as its far far too lowà the min IMO should be some place around 100 at least, specialized ships should have good odds at jamming carriers not any other ship with a fitted ecm or 2

Is it possible to make it that when you get jammed you do not have to relock your previous targets? But instead you keep the locked icon but they are like grayed out meaning that your computer is in able to do any form of actions on those shipsà until the jamming is countered or your not jammed but then you just have your regular locks and do not have to relock again
I think that will be fair for capital ships and BS, that way you will have your lock on the jammer but once the ecm cycle is done you have a chance to fire or do whatever it is to that shipà and thus at least 1 problem is solved other wise the relocking is a very very big advantage to jammers as some ships will never even get to relock before the next jamming cycle starts
Make it that sensor strength gives you the ability to use your modules NOT to lock a targetà so that you can lock targets while jammed but YOU can NOT do anything to themà until the jamming stops
ThatÆs the best way to go IMO, that way you can simply the balance issues with the base assumption that every ship has 0 sec lock if they already got locks or can lock other targetsà because as is jamming is overpowered because of the relocking cycle, so in fact its like being jammed for that whole duration while your getting the locks again

reported modules...

what is missing is maybe a bonus on the carriers to have the "drone control unit I" to fit on a carrier... unless its not meant for it.. i dont know what other capital ship its meant to be used on the skill is in game in fact have it trained... but there is one problem 1 module req 7,500 cpu and no capital ship even comes close to that... carriers have like 600+ cpu or so
were carriers supposed to have like 99% reduction in drone upgrades module or something give to them? as well... cause i dont see how anyone can fit this  
would have thought this would have been fixed with the seeding of the skill, oh and the minmatar bonus on carrier hasnt been fixed yet
